ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

***Photos of damaged items MUST be taken the day , item(s) were received!***

Wrong Item:

Btrfly Beauty., we believe that while accidents do happen, it is our job to fix them by responding quickly and doing everything in our power to restore the trust that we’ve lost in the process. If you receive your order and it contains the wrong, or missing item please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. In the email please include the following:

- Your full name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary.

- Also, please include a photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.
